BUSINESS PLAN COACHING
This programme is for Ministry of Social Development (MSD) clients to learn the basics of starting a business including creating a business plan.
This programme is customised to your personal business needs. It is flexible and can be delivered remotely or in person. The target is to complete the programme within 4-8 weeks, with the outcome being a fully complete business plan and cashflow forecast.
Funded by MSD, this programme includes 10 hours of mentoring sessions with a business advisor, two hours with a financial expert and access to an online learning tool which takes you through all the steps of business validation and planning.
